We had a great stay and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10 mins walk from the historic square and has a good number of restaurants nearby, which were reasonably price and great food. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the street and was very comfortable, although the chairs were a bit tired and the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast was very good and went through until 10.30, plenty of choice. If you want to stay within the walled city we would recommend this hotel as you can get to all the places very easily.

Overall, our stay was nice and the rooms were spacious. But make sure to request a heater before you arrive. On our first night, they told us there were no heaters available. Other than that, everything was fine.

Stayed here since it's near where our daughter is living while studying in Bologna. Very cute - an old convent converted into a hotel. Rooms were decent sized and the breakfast was good. A little walk to the Piazza Maggiore, but there are businesses close to the hotel - a supermarket right next door.

This is a great place to explore Bologna from. In a former convent the rooms are unique. A short walk to the main square . Loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

Decent stay

It is a decent hotel. I miss hotels walking you to the room and explaining things to you; as to how the A/C works, light switches and if there is a safe. Also, someone should show the breakfast room.
