Carlo is a wonderful host! He provided a map and recommendations for our short stay in Bologna, including dinner reservations. The B and B is full of beautiful Italian antiques that provide a lovely ambiance. The views from the terrace and rooftop are unmatched. Carlo joined us for an after dinner drink and told of the area. He made a wonderful breakfast for us before our departure.

We stayed at Residenza Palazzo Marchesini in late April/early May 2025 and loved it. The property is well located and provides easy access to anywhere you wish to go in historic Bologna. Carlo is an amazing host - he was very kind and generous in sharing local information and steering us to some great restaurants and sites to see. We absolutely loved Bologna and would definitely like to return someday. Thanks Carlo!

We had a short stop over in Bologna and stayed here. it was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Carlo made us feel home and we enjoyed espresso on the balcony in the morning with a beautiful view of the rooftops.

Der Gastgeber Carlo war sehr freundlich, gab uns gute Ratschläge und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein. Sein Aperol Spritz war einsame Spitze. Die Terasse war wunderschön (auch mit entsprechender Aussicht)
