You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This awesome house, just 8 min from Stratton, is a great place to kick back and relax after a full day in nature! With a HUGE and amazingly soft, oversized sofa downstairs you may never want to go to bed. Fully stocked kitchen makes for easy cooking and a BBQ grill on the furnished deck is a wonderful hangout
• 5 bedrooms (1 King, 1 King + twin, 1 Queen + twin, 1 Queen + twin, Twin + 2 sets of twin bunks)
PLEASE NOTE THE BEDS: VRBO counts bunk beds as 1 bed and it throws off the bed count. 4 twin beds are actually 2 sets of bunk beds!

Enter into a small mud room area where you`ll shed your gear and then make your way to the kitchen (everyone`s fav hangout area) and upstairs living space with a fireplace. On this same floor you`ll have a 1/2 bath, the master bedroom with a king bed the ensuite master bathroom and the patio with the BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Please note: depending on how much snow we have, this patio may not be accessible in the winter.
On the 2nd floor you`ll have most of your bedrooms. You`ll have the 2nd master with a queen and full bed and an en suite 1/2 bath. Room 3 boasts a King and twin bed, the 4th bedroom has a Queen and twin. You also have another full bathroom on this floor.
Travel the opposite way, down the steps, and you`ll get to the lower living area. Down here you`ll have the BEST SOFA! Sooooo soft! It`s, for sure, where I`d be sleeping!! :-) You also have a huge TV, a foosball table, a 2nd dining space so the adults could mingle upstairs while the kids eat pizza downstairs and your washer and dryer. Down here you`ll also have your last bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is a twin and 2 sets of bunks and the bathroom is massive; think communal space at a gym, but all for you!!!
Please note: the wood burning stove is not in use and is locked off.

You won`t see us unless you want to/need us. But, we live 5 min away and can be reach via phone, text, this app or email.
PETS:
We try to be as pet friendly as possible across all our properties. To be able to continue to do so we ask that you please respect the property, house and future guests. Please clean up after your fur babies and, should anything happen or if something gets soiled or damaged (we understand, things happen) please let us know right away so that we can address it appropriately.
Should our cleaners have to clean up excessive pet mess inside or outside you may be subject to a fee to cover their time.
WILDLIFE:
This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including, but not limited to, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
WEATHER:
In the winter, there can be rain, snow, ice, and other inclement conditions. Please reach out with any questions.
POWER & INTERNET:
This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
TRANSPORTATION:
SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`.
SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc.
WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up.
No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!
TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.
POSSIBLE RIDES:
While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner and, last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.
EV CHARGING:
If bringing an EV, we DO allow charging from the house.
The charge $10/day for charging.
Note: There is no 220 outlet.
TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.
If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google:
$500 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.
If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google:
4% CANCELATION FEE WILL APPLY FOR CANCELED RESERVATIONS REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU CANCEL. We`re happy to adjust your reservation; dates/different property, etc. to avoid the fee.
