Beautiful private getaway in Bonita Springs

Have fun with the whole family at this beach getaway! Three bedroom two bath newly renovated beautiful home at the end of a cul-de-sac facing out on a green expanse. Plenty of privacy with inground pool, central air and 10 minutes from the beach. Open concept, fireplace and huge lanai. This is the perfect getaway to relax and unwind.

Hold Harmless Doc must be completed when booking.

I live in NJ but I’m always available to help in any way to make your stay most enjoyable.

Home is in a great quiet family neighborhood. I ask renters to be considerate of others and keep noise down.

RSW is 25 minutes away. Beach is 10 minutes away. Easy drive to restaurants etc.
Pool heater must stay at 85 or under.
Please be considerate of the neighbors.
If air conditioner is on, keep doors and windows closed.
Please bring recycling out Sunday night and garbage out Thursday night then bring bins back in after they are empty.
Children under 13 are not allowed in pool unsupervised.
I will supply you with starter laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, propane, shampoo, conditioner, etc. When you run out, please purchase your own then leave for next renter.
Please treat the home as if it was your own.

NOTHING WORKED...KEEP SCROLLING

This Vrbo stay was unacceptable. The amount of stuff wrong in this home is disgusting. Out of the eight nights we stayed there, 5 yes ((FIVE)) of them, the pool was broken. The A/C wasn't working for several days as well. If you plan on vacationing at this home be prepared to be staying at this home for repair appointments for the unworking stuff in Kimberly's home. We were lucky we only had to have 2 different people come to the house for repairs. The light switches are ALL backwards, the screens have holes in them and are torn, the locks out back are a joke and good luck you will to be the handyman on vacation because stuff kept breaking!! If you do have any problems don't worry because Kimberly will set up the repairs and you can be inconvenienced and have to wait for them to come out on your time. We also hope you have a warm pool to swim in. Luckily for us the pool heater was broken at 76.3 degrees and advertised at 85 degrees, and it took days to finally heat up. This was a huge problem, and the owner Kimberly was insulted when we told her about these issue(s). There are nicer places in Bonita Springs Florida where the amenities are actually working, and it won't seem like everything was put together with Elmers glue in a hurry!! KEEP SCROLLING, THIS HOME WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE INCONVENIENCE!!! Update... Now we are being chastised by Kimberly for not knowing how to fix her pool issues. Somehow it's our fault that the pool level was low and Kimberly pays a pool guy to come out every week. Just to be fair we emailed Kimberly before we decided to leave this review and she was insulted that her home wasn't up to par with what it says. Looks can be deceiving!!
