The home boasts 2,400 SF of elevated decks and a 2 ½ story cage over the unique pool and spa area, offering an additional 1,300 SF of outdoor living space. The spacious yard features a beach sand volleyball/badminton court and an 8ft x 8ft chess/checkers board that will entice the kids away from the beautiful white sugar sand beach, just a 550 ft walk away. The BEACH is the star attraction—calm, warm water, with dolphins playing as you relax.
Perfectly designed for family gatherings, Island Time has cozy corners for personal reflection and spacious areas for larger celebrations. If looking for a unique home, this is it. The beds are comfortable and there is no shortage of kitchen items. The showpiece is the roof top deck. The views are beautiful and the hot tub is the cherry on top. While washing dishes, I could see the dolphins jumping in the bay. Although there is an elevator in the home, there are a lot of stairs and the home is spread out. It's better suited for people that are in good shape as you will climb, A LOT. The main kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The elevator is tricky. The most important thing to remember is to ensure that you close each door firmly if you use it or the elevator will not travel to you due to the interlocking feature. The home is located in an area with residents and rentals. The locals are not warm and friendly and they make it quite clear they wish you weren't there. Be VERY mindful of using the public beach access points, there is one to the right and left of the home (look for numbered poles). They are about 600 feet away from the residence. If you go across the street and get on the beach there, you will learn some new "bad" words very quickly. You will also be monitored with binoculars by residents from their oceanside decks. These residents seem to serve as "beach police" and are faster than any fish in the ocean to "verbally attack". The home needs a deep cleaning, our feet were black, and there are crumbs everywhere. The TV's are confusing and the pool requires you use an app for operation. It didn't work.

This was the perfect property for our family. Each family had a separate living quarter with a full bathroom. We utilized the balconies as well as the rooftop where we watched the Artemis II take off. We enjoyed the pool daily.The location was a very short walk to the beach, and a beach cart was provided to take things back and forth. Also, the convenience of the elevator and the cart provided to take groceries up upon arrival was a great perk. Our grown children all voted to return to this house on a future family vacation. I recommend watching the video to get a good grasp on the way the property is set up, but even after watching it, the home was a nice surprise!

The house itself has a great location. However, the host needs some major service on the house and communication improvements to renters. Upon arrival, the advertised hot tub on the roof, was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. There was sand in the roof spa as well as all inside of the pool. The device to turn on the pool spa was broken before arrival and never replaced for our use. We were not told when or if pool service vendors would be onsite… the owners response times was typically 2 hours and required multiple texts/phone calls. Also upon arrival , one of the bunk beds was broken and had nails sticking out. Thankfully that bed was repaired while we stayed. This stay could have been great vacation but the poor response and broken amenities removed the ability to fully enjoy the home. Disappointed…

Beautiful home in a great location. Incredibly well stocked with serving and cooking dishes. Pool was warm and lovely. Rooftop deck had beautiful views and enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit up there. We were there for Christmas and the owner had put out many Christmas decorations including a tree which really was unexpected and so appreciated.

It was great stat the owners were responsive and pleasant to assist in any situation. The hot tub in the roof was a huge reason we chose the place but the screen broke . Not the owners fault the screen just broke but they had a pool guy there in seconds to fix it felt like. Meant a lot and the family had so much fun there from 1 to 67 we all had a blast . Youll regret not staying here

Wonderful home with lots of space and great amenities! The home is very close to the beach access and comes provided with everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and plentiful, room for lots of people. Our family very much enjoyed all the levels and the rooftop was a special treat at Sunset :)The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay, when we had questions. The home has a few areas of needed repairs, but its minor and didn’t effect our stay whatsoever. The elevator can be complicated, but the hosts were happy to answer questions when needed and it’s quite the necessity with 5 levels. Use the rolling cart in the Kirchen when loading and unloading, VERY HELPFUL!! Lots of great places to eat, just a quick car ride away. The grocery store is less than 10 min and very helpful to have close by. Overall, we loved our stay and the kids had a blast! We had ages ranging from 3 to 13 years old and adults. Everyone loved it!

The property was amazing. It was as advertised. 13 of us celebrated my wife's 50th birthday & we had a blast. My apologies for 1 of my friends walking through the neighbor's yard across the street in a hurry to get to sunset on the beach. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend.

Island Time with Adults

Island Time is an excellent house for a group of people. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is outstanding. The house is vertical, so someone with disabilities will need to use the elevator, which takes a little while to get used to.

Wonderful home!

Wonderfully clean and decorated home that is the perfect location steps away from the beach! Perfect home for extended family so everyone has own bedroom and bathroom plus multiple outdoor patios with comfortable furniture and outside dining to enjoy the ocean view from every level while relaxing with family! The rooftop chairs, hot tub and firepit were enjoyed every night to watch the sunset! All loved the pool and ground level hot tub too and the 20 plus chairs, 3 umbrellas, 20 beach towels, kids beach toys, and cart to take to beach was appreciated! The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything you need! The kids enjoyed the outdoor chess game and volleyball court. My 85 yr old mom appreciated the elevator too. We will be booking again for another family reunion!

Nice house except for a few things

Overall, the house worked out very well for our group. There are bedrooms on 3 different floors which allowed us to have space apart when we wanted it. The main kitchen and dining table were large enough for all of us to gather together for meals. For the most part, the house supplies everything you could need. A few amenities that are highlighted in the listing were not in working order— main fireplace, a few ceiling fans, issues with/ difficulty operating the rooftop hot tub, so that was a little disappointing. There is definitely a learning curve to operating the elevator and pool/hot tub heaters, but they were nice to have around once we figured them out. Elevator got stuck once (thankfully no one was trapped in it) and hosts were helpful in diagnosing the problem (circuit breaker tripped.)

Fab Stay

We had a wonderful experience at Island Time. There were 14 of us, all adults however my 3yr old grandbaby did visit during the daytime. We were all very comfortable. The hosts were extremely nice and prompt in their responses. The house is unbelievably well-stocked. They have pretty much everything you would need for a beach vacay with lots of space and areas of entertaining or just wanting to break away and relax. Beautiful views and sunsets. We will be back.

Spring Break Extended Family Getaway

My husband and I rented Island time for our extended family getaway. The house and location were perfect for our 9 adults and 7 young children. The pool was a constant source of fun, along with the hot tub, as was the beach which is just a short walk away. The views from this house are tremendous both towards the ocean and the canals behind. We enjoyed the rooftop views and sunset every night while there! Additionally, Rodney was very responsive to our questions and needs and even came over to check on something for us when we had a concern. We would definitely rent Island Time again!

Fabulous 8 days in Bonita Springs.

There were 8 adults in our party and this place was perfect for our group. The furnishings and finish of this place was top notch. Each couple had their own en suite king bedroom. Plenty of space for all. We loved having the pool and the roof top sunsets are not to be missed. The elevator was very much appreciated especially for luggage and groceries. We had a couple minor issues, not even worth mentioning except for how responsive the host was. This was one of our best VRBO finds!
