In the fully and neatly equipped apartment of approximately 84 sqm, which extends over the entire first floor, you will find four comfortable beds in two rooms – a bedroom and a large L-shaped living/sleeping area. Two of the beds can be separated if needed. The spacious living area offers armchairs and a sofa. TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The adjacent dining area next to the kitchen features a cozy corner bench, a sturdy wooden table, and three chairs.



Thanks to the many windows, you enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The large south-facing balcony is furnished with chairs and a sun umbrella, inviting you to relax. Parking spaces, also suitable for larger vehicles such as 3.5-ton vans, are available directly in front of the house. The city of Königswinter charges an accommodation tax of 5% of the respective turnover, which is already included in the rental price.
