This was such a warm welcoming place, with a huge room, good facilities and a nice breakfast. Really well located. Very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. As others have noted, it's a hotel combined with a residence for older people, and if I end up in such a place in my golden years I'll consider myself to have done well!

Expedia should have made it clear that this is primarily a retirement home, that offers a hotel service for some of its rooms. The facilities are designed for the convenience of the long-term residents rather than for the temporary hotel guests.

Wonderful restorative stay-staff warm friendly helpful fabulous pool and sauna and a laundromat available if you need to do laundry. Highly recommend having breakfast included in stay excellent breakfast buffet. Centrally located. It is also a nursing home and it works well. Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and clean like an apartment with a little kitchen as well. Definitely book a breakfast as well. Lots of choices for adults and kids as well. Lovely swimming pool with a temperature of 30 degrees. City centre is literally 3 minutes walk. We drove from UK and car park opposite the hotel cost us €3 a day. Definitely stay there again

The hotel is well-situated. The pool is excellent and the sauna is good. The breakfast is also quite pleasant. The room was noticeably not very clean. The bed not very comfortable. In addition the staff, while polite enough, are not too diligent about such things as wake up calls- so make sure your phone is charged.
