The hotel is well-situated. The pool is excellent and the sauna is good. The breakfast is also quite pleasant. The room was noticeably not very clean. The bed not very comfortable. In addition the staff, while polite enough, are not too diligent about such things as wake up calls- so make sure your phone is charged.

Being in this hotel was the sweetest way to experience Bonn. Having the elder care folks living on the hotel property really made this place even more special. I wouldn't mind if I ended up living here in my golden years! The staff was super friendly and the restaurant for was amazing!

The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely; very comfortable beds , a good selection of pillows, the breakfast was plentiful. A 10 minute walk to town. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again

Expedia should have made it clear that this is primarily a retirement home, that offers a hotel service for some of its rooms. The facilities are designed for the convenience of the long-term residents rather than for the temporary hotel guests.

Rooms clean and conveniently near downtown. However, no airco in summer made it for a very hot and warm stay. A standing fan just wasn’t enough. Also. It turns out this hotel is in a convalescent home. So you’ll see the occasional senior roaming. But not really an issue. Overall average stay for us.

There were bugs in the room and spider webs that had been there for some time. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The common areas of the hotel were very nice.

Wonderful restorative stay-staff warm friendly helpful fabulous pool and sauna and a laundromat available if you need to do laundry. Highly recommend having breakfast included in stay excellent breakfast buffet. Centrally located. It is also a nursing home and it works well. Never seen a combination like this and was skeptical but truly a wonderful story. Highly recommend

Fabulous. Clean and comfortable room. Our son loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious with many options, including gluten free. Parking across the road in the parkade was only €4.50/day. We were here for a one night stopover and it suited our needs perfectly!
