Deine Erfahrung entspricht in keiner Weise unseren Standards, und wir möchten uns dafür entschuldigen.Es ist inakzeptabel, dass das von dir gebuchte Zimmer nicht verfügbar war und dass das Doppelzimmer nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Das Verhalten und die Reaktion unseres Rezeptionspersonals sind ebenfalls inakzeptabel und werden intern dringend überprüft.Wir verstehen deine Frustration über die mangelnde Kooperation und die nicht eingehaltenen Rückrufe seitens des Hotel-Managements.
