Nicely located along the river. No answer trying to contact the hotel prior to arrival using hotels.com messaging. Room provided has low cost youth hostel vibes but at a premium price. Much better deal to be found elsewhere around the area. Would avoid if possible.

The hotel was good,the staff at reception did not understand my English my first night there i went into the resturant i did not know i had to book a table but the eventually found me one also the car park is a 5 min walk from the hotel and cost 6 Eur's

Loved having a balcony. Could have sat there all day watching the ships, barges and train all day long. Air conditioning would have been nice but with the door open it was fine.

Right on the banks of the Rhein, wonderful view. From our room on the side we could see the river out our window. They had a nice breakfast that was complimentary. Boppard is a lovely little town and we found people to be very friendly

Perfect idyll

Fabulous little hotel right on the river. The room had a gorgeous waterfront view from the balcony, beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Fantastic breakfast spread in the morning. Staff helpful and kind. It was just perfect!

We have used this lovely hotel each time we stop off en route. When we booked this hotel back in September last year, one of the requirements we needed was own parking which this hotel had. When we stopped there this time, we were advised that we couldn't use their car park as they had sold it and there was a possibility of free parking about 200 metres away. 400 meters away there were only 2 spaces available and that was only half hour after check in commenced. This meant we weren't confident we could go out in the car and be able to find a space when we got back. We had driven 400kms to get there. Such a shame, lovely hotel, lovely location but not really what we need now

Staff were very helpful, but if you're lucky enough to get a balcony it comes with problems, the views are excellent, but the noise from the Rhine (barge's) and the train's on the opposite bank can disrupt your sleep , my advice is pack your ear plugs and have a fantastic time.
