Great stay. The staff are very friendly, warm, helpful and responsive.. Would consider staying at this same Hotel when we visit Botacay again. The hotel is just right at DMall. Great that it is not off the beach as you have more privacy and exclusivity when you are at the hotel premises. Yet, it is just a short walk to the beach area. Highly recommended!

Hands down THE BEST HOTEL IN AREA!!! Staff was AMAZING!! Food Decent!! Breakfast buffet trash and alcoholic drinks were garbage (but so were every other place on the island, so they were average).They had amazing water infused drinks with fresh fruit! Cleaning staff surburb! Hotel is in the heart of Dmall and everything is walkable and at your fingertips! if u dont book here u will regret it. Trust me!!

A really cute place right in the middle of everything! Want to go to the beach? It’s a 3 min walk away. Want to find a good food spot? There are so many right by the hotel! The staff are super friendly and ready to help at any given moment. The rooms are spacious and clean! Very happy with our stay and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I love everything about Feliz Hotel. The exterior, and interior designs reminds me of Spain or South America. But the best of all are the staff members. The service and the attentiveness they provided for me and my friends are above and beyond my expectations. I am grateful to all the staffs from the front desks, food servers , housekeeping and the staff at the pool and bar to the concierge. I will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Staff was ill-trained and ill mannered. At around noon, I was sitting on the patio and I was asked to leave because they need to set up for a wedding at 5 pm. I told the lady that asked me to leave that I was just waiting for my wife for a few minutes. Next thing, the guy was pulling the chairs around me without asking me first. I asked to talk to the Manager named Dan, no explanation nor apologies. I will never go back to this hotel. Filipino tourist are treated like second class citizens, and we’re US citizens from California. Very rude.

Charming but facilities are not well maintained. The only window that the room had was facing a dirty wall. The property was right next to an abandoned, unclean lot used as disposal for surplus materials. The bathroom was not properly designed with moldy sinks and towel holders that kept on falling. I was so relieved to leave and move to another hotel around the area. It did not even smell clean. I mentioned my complaints including perhaps getting another room, but to no avail. Was looking forward to my stay bc of its high rating, but it was quite a dissappointment.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.
