Hotel staff were all really friendly. Location was great as it's in the middle of the island so you can come out and turn either left or right and nothing is too far away. Food spread was really good and the room was spacious and very clean. Two things we didn't like: 1. Stayed at various hotels throughout Philippines and most were 3 star budget hotels and they all had TVs that were connected to the internet so I could log into my own Netflix. The TVs in this hotel are not connected to wifi so I could not connect to Netflix 2. The beds on the beach did not have any cushions on them. As we walked past the other Henann resorts on the island we noticed they all had cushions on the sun bed to make them more comfortable but Palm Beach was the only one without

We really liked the hotel and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only thing that annoys me is our bathroom sink is blocked every single day. We paid a lot of money for 5 nights in a beach view room for our holiday and I have to ring reception every single day to unblock the sink and the shower room. Hope the management can look into this to avoid complains for the other guests.

Check In to Boracay at this Resort.

Booked the 4 day-3 night stay for family in the Philippines. For most, it was their first time in Boracay but also, in a Henann resort. Worth the additional expense for round-trip transfer service from/to Caticlan Airport. Something for everyone regardless of age. The Resort accommodated my request for have two rooms close-by as one senior was with the party. Breakfast buffet was delightful with a variety of food for all tastes, even for children. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pools and gym were well-kept. Proximity to D’Mall in Station 2 was only minutes away and White Beach was just across the Resort. Overall, travellers can expect a warm welcome and friendly, reliable service. Check it out!
