The rooms and amenities are very luxurious. The transport service was excellent. It’s very close to the beach - there are shortcuts within the hotel to get you to the beachfront quickly. The main pool is big and it has a bar right next to it. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is great - plenty of choices.
We weren’t made aware that there are water dispensers within the hotel so we were shocked when we didn’t have any water in the room. The lady at reception didn’t mention this to my husband when he came down to ask, but instead just told him where he can buy bottled water. To be fair they have tiny signs in the room but reception should have informed us of this as well. We also didn’t know where to go for breakfast. We had to figure this out on our own. The receptionists just do the bare minimum, I think.
I also left my sunglasses on one of the sun loungers at the beach. When I asked the hotel staff they said they have no idea where it is. The staff at the beach probably didn’t hand it in when he found it, which is completely dishonest and unprofessional from a 5-star hotel like this.
