Sijaitsee ihanteellisesti joen puolella, UNESCOn alueen sydämessä ja antiikkiliikkeissä, 1793 rakennuksessa, joka on kokonaan uusittu vuonna 2016, 4. kerroksessa, jossa on oma hissi, huoneisto (100 m²), jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, iso olohuone, lämmin ja hienostunut, erittäin valoisa, hiljainen, terassilla on 180 asteen panoraamanäkymä kaupunkiin ja joelle, johon mahtuu kuusi henkilöä.


Matkailutoimisto, ravintoloita, kauppoja ja palvelut lähellä, raitiovaunulla että jalka rakennuksen (suora rautatieasemaa, kongressikeskus ja messukeskukseen Bordeaux'n-lac). Tärkeimmät keskukset matkailijoiden kiinnostusta kävelyetäisyydellä.

Wonderful Host,Wonderful Apartment,Wonderful CityThis was my third stay in 37 quais des Chartrons. I always stay for two to three weeks at a time.The apartment is extraordinary...spacious, spotlessly clean, air conditioned, tastefully and comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Three added bonuses are a washer and a separate dryer and locks that actually work easily (unusual for holiday rentals in France). The view over the Garrone River is hypnotizing.l One could spend all day watching the action. When you tear yourself away from the view and venture outdoors, you can walk for miles along the river. Should you get bored with that, hop on the Tram that runs in front of the apartment and explore the city. A plethora of shops are moments away,,,grocerystores, boulangeries, patisseries,chocolate shops, cheesemongers, florists, fruit stands-you name it and it is a short walk away. If there is something that you can't find, odds are that it will be at the Sunday market on the quai directlyin front of the apartment.Bordeaux is a lovely city. It is small enough to be manageable and walkable. Its restaurants rival those of Paris (with lower prices0 and the wine is extraordinary..Having said all that, the heart and soul of 37 quai des Chartrons is its owner Bernice Dorizon. Bernice is a perfectionist who also happens to be a born hostess. I do think that she was an innkeeper in her past life.The apartment reflects her personality. .

We had an amazing stay at Bérénice’s beautiful apartment next to the Garonne River. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and a wonderful quiet place to relax in Bordeaux. It is situated in a charming neighborhood with restaurants, tram service and grocery nearby as well as a local market across the street on Sundays. The apartment is nicer and even larger than the photos convey and we loved living as Bordeaux locals for the week. I would highly recommend this VRBO if you are able to find an opening. The personal engagement from Bérénice and her team made this such a lovely experience.

We loved the apartment with a beautiful view of the river and the cruise ships! The Sunday market is beyond spectacular and right out the front door. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided. It was very convenient to have a parking space (at a small additional charge) but be warned you must be driving a very small car to take advantage of this amenity. Would highly recommend a stay with Bérénice!

This property is fantastic! Berenice was so accommodative of us getting in a little early, allowing us to drop our bags off a few hours before check-in. The layout of the apartment is very nice and the has a wonderful charm to it with the stone walls. But the best things about the place is location and the view. The view is spectacular, and we so enjoyed sitting on the terrace sipping wine and enjoying views of the river, especially at night. The neighborhood is also fantastic, we never had to take a taxi to go to eat, everything you need is all right there.We will definitely come back!

From the moment we first met Berenice in the doorway of her wonderful apartment in the charming Chartrons district, we knew we had picked the perfect place for our two week stay in Bordeaux. The river view from the penthouse terrace was magnificent, and the apartment was exactly as described on the VRBO website. Everything we needed was in place and ready, and Berenice was always available to answer our questions or provide local advice on nearby bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. We recommend this apartment without reservation; you will be pleased! Chapeau and thanks to Berenice and Georges for their wonderful hospitality.

Exceptional Stay in Bordeaux

Needed a place to stay between trips. What a find. Spacious, had all the appliances we needed (including washer and dryer), roomy bathroom, overlooked the Garonne River. and was located amongst lots of restaurants and shops. Even had a nearby tram stop. Additionally, our host went out of her way to make us comfortable with the features of the apartment and answer our questions about Bordeaux. Superb!

Great location and great view

Outstanding View and Exceptional Host

The apartment is right on the river with a wonderful rooftop view. It's in a perfect spot in the heart of Bordeaux. There are restaurants, historic sites, and shopping all within easy walking distance. The host provided a wonderful information booklet in both French and English. She gave us a wonderful introduction to the room, the amenities and the city. She was a very warm and helpful person and was incredibly helpful with every aspect of our visit. We absolutely recommend the accommodations and the host. She truly is a Super Host.

Superb!

If you are going to Bordeaux this is the apartment to stay in. We were there for 7 days so seen most areas of the city and this was in the best location, not too far from the Centre and there is a lovely square just behind with lots of restaurants. The apartment has beautiful views of the river, cannot fault it and am currently recommending to friends. Berenice is a great host and the apartment was spotless, comfortable and large. If only all holidays lets could be like this!

An amazing apartment

What a fabulous place - it's even better than we imagined. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, wonderful views, quiet yet close to everything. The attention to detail is incredible - including the different coloured towels so each guest knows which is theirs. Berenice provides great information on what to do and communication was fast and clear. It really is a luxurious place and we can't wait to return.

Our 5 night stay in this apartment has been wonderful! We cannot fault a thing! Super comfy, clean beds.
