- Just a short walk from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Place Pey Berland and the Saint Michel neighbourhood. Here you’ll find all the shops, restaurants and bars
- Just below the building is the Musée d’Aquitaine, which houses artefacts and documents relating to the history of Bordeaux and Aquitaine, from prehistory to the present day. It administratively encompasses the Centre Jean Moulin de Bordeaux and the Musée Goupil, whose collection it holds
- Other neighbourhoods in the historic centre: Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Colombe, Saint-Michel and Sainte-Croix
- Flea market (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and, above all, Sunday mornings) or second-hand dealers.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the Pey Berland car park, which is 100 metres away.
