Where to start…

Can I call it a stay if we never “stayed”. In short we messaged the host multiple times after paying for instructions on how to access the home, the keys the anything. Never heard a word…after trying all options we ended up checking into a hotel at 10:30 pm Thankful our kids are such troopers.

Bonjour,Le propriétaire, nous a donner un code pour ouvrir le coffre contenant les clés du logement. Mais impossible d'ouvrir le coffre.Impossible de joint le propriétaire ne répond pas au téléphone.Après 45 minutes d'attente, le propriétaire envoi un message sur la plateforme ABRITEL pour dire qu'il annule la location.Donc on se retrouve sans logement après 5 heures de route.Nous vous conseillons d'allez réserver un autre logement.
