VILLA PICCHIO - FLORENCE AREA
Villa Picchio is located close to Borgo San Lorenzo, in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. The villa has a private swimming pool and beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside. It is within 6 km of shops, restaurants and transport links and is close to many attractions including the beautiful city of Florence, Lake Bilancino (canoeing, saling, windsurfing), the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club and the Barberino Designer Outlet (with Italian and International fashion shops).
Villa Picchio (460 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player), a dining room (with fireplace and table seating 14), a well-equipped kitchen (with four burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, American coffee machine, dishwasher), a pantry and a laundry room (with washing machine). Also on this level, you will find one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet), and a room with a sauna and an exercise bike.
