With convenient access to public transportation and limited free parking, you can get around the city with ease. If you're visiting the nearby universities, it's only a mile from Tufts, 2.5 miles to Harvard and 3 miles to MIT.

We also offer this unit in conjunction with our 2 bedroom unit, if you want more space to spread out!
This is our primary residence and the downstairs bedroom is ours when we are there.
We're happy to help with suggestions, but we will never be overbearing.
You have full and private access to the condo, with the exception of one locked bedroom, as this unit is my primary residence. There are two other rental units in this building, but your condo has a private entrance with no shared space.
An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). We are close to public transportation, which is also a quick ride into the city.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Please be respectful of the space, our belongings, and our neighbors and treat our home as your own.
No smoking (cigarettes or anything else...) indoors or too close to windows. This one seems obvious, but we want to be sure we are clear. If we smell smoke in the house we will request your security deposit.
We do not accept any guests to book under the age of 21.
Please note your cleaning fee covers a basic turnover, not excessive trash or dirt. Anything excessive will result in an additional cleaning fee being assessed.
The number of guests on your reservation must match the number of guests you bring with you.
