All guests must be included in the reservation. Any additional or unexpected guests must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
3. No Unauthorized Visitors or Activities:
Visitors or overnight guests without prior approval, or involvement in any illegal activities, will lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

4. No Parties or Disruptive Behavior:
No parties, events, smoking, or excessive drinking allowed. Illegal activities (including drugs or unlawful internet use) are strictly prohibited. Disturbances or damage to property may result in eviction without refund. Police involvement will also result in immediate termination of the stay.
5. Respect Quiet Hours:
Please be mindful of neighbors. Keep noise to a respectful level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

6. Light Cooking Only:
The kitchen is available for light cooking. Please refrain from cooking large meals or using it heavily for big groups.
7. Cleaning Fee Policy:

We have exterior security cameras actively recording video and audio at all entrances. These are for the safety of both our guests and the property. Tampering is strictly forbidden.
