Comfortable stay

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a nice selection of eggs, fruit, meats and cereal, etc. I would stay here again. Easy commute to Boston and North Shore.

Our room was ready early and the staff is always on top of our needs. We have been staying here for 5 years and it is so convenient to get in and out of Boston. Just stay!!

The property was cold and sterile. Metal artwork, staff not terribly friendly. Sink doesn't drain well, light switches by bed on the wrong side - hard to navigate, so not worth the exorbitant prices. I didn't realize rates would go up exponentially each day....from high $200s to $550 on Saturday night. Yikes!! Will not stay here again!

Service very bad

The room was clean on arrival, we spent 4 days and there was zero room service. I requested it on arrival and still it remained with no cleaning the rooms any day or evening for our entire stay. The toilet was continuously blocked from a small bit of toilet roll. Would not return due to lack of service.
