Beautiful view of the harbor, very clean and comfy! Close to the Boston Body Pilates Studio I was doing continued education so I loved walking down from here. Local public parking lot was nearby and great cafe next to hotel.

Nice place and good location

This is a nice hotel and a great location. It is a clean, well kept property. It's a secure building. If you have a car parking is $60 a day, done only through valet. Also, the bed was horrible, it tweaked both our backs. Sunken in and very uncomfortable. Two nights of not great sleep. I let them know during checkout that the mattress needs to be replaced. The restaurant on site was not good. I should have paid attention to the 3.3 star rating and eaten somewhere else. Great place as long as they fix the bed. The two other places we stayed during our trip out east were much smaller but they had terrific beds! One was even a sleep number bed, which was amazing.

Opted for waterview room, was placed on the first floor in building 4. This was annoying because I had to keep the blinds closed most the time (walking path right in front the window). Had to ask front desk for towels and body wash. People traveling with children, there are no refrigerators in room. Would stay again on a higher floor. Walkable to everything I wanted to see. And super close to Theo’s Cozy Corner

Perfect location for Boston Gardens

We attended a Celtics game, and the location was perfect for walking there and back. The views of water were beautiful, and the room/hotel was clean and comfortable. We would consider returning for a vacation stay.

This hotel was AMAZING. Super Clean, very quiet, beautiful view of the harbor. Bed was perfect with soft quiet sheets. A/C/ Heat worked great. We travel a lot and have found most units annoyingly cycle on and off all night. This one was soft and consistent. Very restful and comfortable night sleep. Building was very secure, had to use key card to get in, then use it in the elevator, then again at your room. Really enjoyed this hotel, others could learn a lot from them

There are too many buildings . You’re not sure where you will be placed . Don’t let the photos deceive you when you’re selecting your room . You don’t get exactly what you see and the explanation you receive is not satisfactory . Valet parking $60/day no available parking on site for such a large property . They should have more of a selection of restaurants or coffee shops in the main building . At the end you can add another $220 on your booking fee for resort fees, taxes and tourist fees. I call these incidental fees unforeseen until you check out . Good thing is within walking distance to the TD Garden hockey arena if you’re going to watch your team the Leafs play against Boston . Good thing we won other night which made the it worth our while coming to Boston !!!

Unfortunately I booked a room with a fridge and brought food that went to waste as they told me they were “sold out of fridges for the night”. I have stayed here many times so I was upset that no one did anything to make up for this error. I paid for a king size room and didn’t get all of the accommodations that are expected for a room at that rate. The ice machine was also out of ice. I was upset with my most recent stay due to these issues that could have been avoided or corrected.
