I did book through Expedia and the dates were wrong. I tried to address it immediately but Expedia has not been able to reach your hotel. All I want is the dates changed. It was June 9 and 10th not February 9 and 10th. I have sent several emails, can someone reach back to me? I need a refund or I need to reschedule the dates. It is really important that there is someone to answer the phone. They just wanted to have you confirm the date change and if not request a refund please review emails. Warm regards.

All of the above Desk guy was poor Doorman stood inside while we plugged luggage through in a blizzard Broken items in bathroom Deserted bland restaurant The waitress was great that’s about it 2 days into being there they finally told us we could go underground in the tunnel to go to our room instead of outside in a blizzard. Never once did front desk person offer WiFi Or anything else Dinner, lunch & breakfast we wer literally the only customers in there You had 28% occupancy but 20 of the guests were employees staying for the storm How you are in business baffles us

Room was overlooking the National Guards port, lovely view very quiet. Room was spacious, shower very roomy & modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant dining was very delicious, had mussels with garlic & tuna tarta which was super fresh. The only hiccup was the repress machine which i couldn’t figure out!

Brett the concierge was awesome. He gave our kids a little stuffy and set us up with conjoined rooms. We go here every year and will continue too because of service like this, proximity to Hanover street is great too!

Front desk was not friendly or helpful at check in. Room was not ready, downstairs ladies room was closed for renovating. Asked if there was another restroom. "next door" was the answer. Ok, next door? where? I didn't like the double doors into the bathroom that are right next to the bed that didn't close and the barely there door to the toilet stall. It felt like using the toilet right next to the bed. Good location but I won't return. $60 a night parking as a bonus. ;)

Bathroom wall paper falling off wall. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. Hotel was under renovation and website did not mention it. They had no restaurant or bar. They had a makeshift bar and food seri e in the lobby. They still charged the resort fee and valet. We will never stay here again.
