- This is a second floor unit. - Three bedrooms and one bathroom. - Self flexible check-in via a keypad. - Professionally cleaned and sanitized. - This unit has 3x queen size beds. - Washer/Dryer is in the basement and is shared with other tenants. - Free parking on premise for TWO CARS ONLY. NO TRAILERS/BIGVANS..ETC. - 4.4 miles away from Harvard square. - 16 mins walk to commuter rail Fitchburg line which can take you to north station in downtown Boston. - 20 mins walk to star market and planet fitness. - This unit is subject to noise. - Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS. - Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee. You must register your pet on our portal. - This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. It's an Insurance requirement. - Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb. - The insurance also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal. DON'T SEND ID OVER AIRBNB.

5. Criminal Record Policy: - Reservations will be canceled if it is discovered that the guest has a criminal record.
6. Quiet Hours: - You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.
7. Pet Policy: - Pets are welcome but subject to an additional fee, which is calculated based on the length of your stay. The fee ranges from $5 to $40 per night, depending on the duration of your reservation. Please note that the maximum number of pets allowed is one.
