The host was superb! There was an AC issue when we arrived and he had maintenance staff on site immediately. Unfortunately, the room was 94F and took until the next morning to cool so it was an uncomfortable night. We wished there was a full-length mirror then found signs of one that was broken and removed inside the closet door. All fixtures were loose - shower door handle, door knobs, sink,sink handles…. The space was really nice but would benefit from curtains in the large living room as the hot sun made the room challenging to stay in. The room was very clean, nicely designed, and in a super cool spot. One AMAZING perk was that the restaursnts that own the property have a guaranteed reservation for tenants. We would absolutely stay there again but they could really benefit from a quick maintenance once-over.

Close to lots of good Italian restaurants and the waterfront and the freedom trail. Only negative is that the area draws lots of tourists and lots of young locals out for the bars on weekends.

Beds were comfortable, entrance is tucked away from the street, quiet and private. Transport options are a few blocks to the south, not a long walk at all. Our fridge was not working while we were in the room, which was not a probably for us so we did not ask for a fix. I’m certain they would have rectified the problem if we had brought it to their attention. AC was very effective.

Room was nice and in a great location. There is no reception because the rooms are in a building behind the Bricco restaurant. You actually check in at the restaurant reception. We didn't have a car because parking is impossible in the area but public transportation is a short walk away. Our lock was broken during our trip but we had no issues. Would stay again.

North End Stay

Location of course is outstanding. Our second floor unit needs a microwave, a couch in the main room and 2 more chairs around the table. Also a second small table by the bed.

Excellent room and location

Beautiful place and rooms. Excellent location. The room fireplace was wonderful. Coffee and endless supply water was also great. Only complaint is pillows felt like a bag of cotton balls. Small complaint overall and wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

Awesome location, room, staff...but...

I SO want to give this property 5 stars...but I can't. The room, the condition, the staff, the location were all outstanding, however...we could not get the door to lock, and since they are not a full-on hotel, they do not have a maintenance staff, and are at the mercy of the local locksmiths. They were fully booked, so changing rooms was not an option, and my first night I got no sleep at all. The second night we got the door to latch, so a little better, but when we returned from sightseeing, the door just pushed right open without turning the handle...it was fixed on the 3rd day. Our compensation for this inconvenience was a gift card that did not cover 4 cocktails in their bar. This issue made our stay less enjoyable. Also, there is no elevator, but they were great about holding our bags before check in, and taking them to/from the room. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I'm gonna check the door!

Excellent location

Location is excellent in the North End/Little Italy. Walking to all the major sites was easy. Longest distance took about 40mins to famous Fenway Park. Stairs up to the rooms could be an issue if mobility problems. Air conditioning really good, some might find it noisy but fine for us. Would definitely recommend to others. I did a lot of research on accommodation beforehand and very happy with my choice.

A North End Delight

Our stay in the Bricco Suites was wonderful! While parking was a bit challenging during check-in, the staff member assisting us was incredibly attentive—quickly helping us get settled and even carrying our luggage up two flights of narrow spiral stairs. The suite itself was perfect: clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the heart of the North End. Daily water delivery was a nice touch, and housekeeping was excellent. Great service and a great location made for a very enjoyable stay.

Bricco suites is the perfect location

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and the location was perfect! Walking distance to so many restaurants, the train, parks and things to do! We did not have a car and walked everywhere.

The only negative for this property is that our bedroom was directly above the Mare restaurant and it was very, very loud until 10 pm, and 11 pm on the weekend. If you don't plan to be in bed at that time, it won't bother you, but it was as if all the windows were open and music was blaring in.

The Bricco Suites is in a perfect location in the North End. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The sandwiches in the salumeria and bread/pastries in the bakery were so good. Love the alley and courtyard Leading to the suites. We’ll be back here the next time we’re in Boston.

My family and I loved that we could walk to so many great attractions; the Aquarium, Boston Tea Party museum and The Freedim Trail. We also loved the many restaurants around the suites, but our favorite meal was at Bricco!!! It was amazing! We loved the food, atmosphere and our waiter

The location was fantastic! The biggest drawback was that you had to walk through a restaurant to get to the stairs to the rooms, which was really odd. It was also very noisy at night due to the restaurant down below.

The accommodation location was in the middle of the good part of town. Most things were in easy walking distance. The room was a good size and the shower was good as well. Be aware there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. The check in is in the restaurant at street level which can be challenging.

This property is wonderful. The only negative was they had no elevator, but we were on the second floor out of 4. It’s located in Boston’s North End and had many Italian restaurants. We would stay there again. If you do stay, check out the Bricco Paneteria located in the alley next to the restaurant/hotel. Great sandwiches and pasta. It also housed a small Italian grocery of sorts. Delish and run by a multi generational Italian family.
