We spent the holidays at this hotel, the location is right off the highway and near the supermarket. The room was big and very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Gary, Ana and Nivi. Excellent customer service. The hot breakfast was a good spread and the dinner time social was a real treat! The kitchen with a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster, coffee machine, pots & pans, and flatware was really useful for our extended stay over 10 days. The bathrooms have Dove products, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The laundry room was complimentary all you need to bring is your detergent and dry sheets. There is a book book in the lobby for the kiddos towards the left and there is complimentary Coffee and tea 24/hrs. I would recommend this hotel for families, business travelers and solo women travelers. My family and I are looking forward to staying in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor pool!

For a pet-friendly hotel, this place was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful. I didn't hear or see a single animal (not that I would've minded, we have a pet cat at home). The front desk staff was friendly and courteous, and check-in was a breeze. We got a one bedroom (with two queens) suite for a family of four, and it was perfect. The couch was small, but otherwise, we loved the bedroom, living room, kitchen-dining room and bathroom layout. It felt like our very own apartment! We got takeout for dinner and had plenty of utensils for everyone. We also celebrated the new year with some champagne so the wine glasses came in handy ;) The TVs were smart TVs, so we were able to log into our streaming services for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast was really nice, but the eggs were a bit flavorless, and we were disappointed that there was no pancake/waffle option. Other than those teeny things, it was an excellent stay! We'll likely be back!

First it took what seemed like forever to check in. Once in the room (which at least was clean) We found a broken glass that I returned to the front desk. There was only 1 face cloth. (Odd) Then the Ice Machine in the fridge was not working so I had to go to the front desk and ask for ice. That took a while also. There was no bedding for the sofa couch so we had use the bedding on the other bed. (wait it gets better) We went to the Cheese Cake factory and brought each a piece of Cheesecake. Guess What the kitchenette did not have any silverware. So we called the front desk. Attendant stated we could have some plastic silverware but since he was the only worker here I would have to go back down and get the plastic, which I did, We were on the 3ird floor. That took another 20 minutes as he went in the kitchen to get them. (No Apologies at all) Then in the morning when I jumped in the show early, guess what! No hot water, just warm water. I brought my wife down to Burlington for a Pain Management appointment so you can imagine how nice a shower like that was for here. We had a 7:15 AM Appointment for her. We were told the free breakfast was at 6:30 so we arrived at 6:35 AM hoping to grab a banana for bagel to go. That attendant says the breakfast is at 6:30 I said it's 6:40 now! So we left without breakfast. NICE! Finally the room charge through Hotels.com was $144.09. This hotel charged me $244.09 Then they put another $300.00 chg on my card! AWFUL

The room was clean. The beds comfortable. The hotel is strategically located near my relatives and the highways. My only complaint of the weekend was... I reported to the manager of a ticking sound that was keeping me from sleeping and no one got back to me regarding the sound. I had to endure it. I should have requested another room.

We usually book suites because we like to be comfortable with our toddler as a family of 3. This wasn’t a cheap nor pricey stay for us. It gave Average hotel. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were okay. Our sink got clogged they were able to fix it quickly. The dishwasher leaked in our room. Apparently housekeeping only comes when requested now or every 3 days. Whenever I asked for blankets or towels they would say housekeeping was gone for the day and everything was locked up. I don’t understand how housekeeping works. We were able to get fresh towels but no extra blankets since I guess it’s controlled by housekeeping….?? Idk wasn’t super happy. Wouldn’t stay here again. Suites are kinda small. Service is average.
