Flies in room, sticky candy/gum under bed, patched holes not painted, kitchen tile missing, not repaired, not painted, rust on ceiling in bathroom, fridge broken and had to throw out food, people stomping up and down stairs. Staff not empathetic and unwilling to change rooms. We work hard for our money, $1200 is almost 3/4 our montly mortgage payment and if we are spending that much for 3 nights the room should be in much better condition. I dont believe a package of cheese and prosciutto along with hotel points (which we aren't earning since we went through hotels.com) is appropriate compensation. I would request one nights cost of stay to be refunded.

Receptionist (male) had an attitude upon check-in; lagging when waiting for approx 20 minutes after calling for someone to help with check-in. Requested towels and took almost an hour to receive them, went in person to get them.

NE getaway spot

Room was comfortable, staff was super helpful and friendly. Location was great for going to Boston/Salem/Marblehead. Enjoyed the amenities, especially the washer and dryer availability, would stay again in a heartbeat

Had a fine stay

Staff was nice. Checked in quickly. Only issue at first was not enough towels. Was told they would be dropped off but they weren’t so we had to call hours later but they brought them right away. Our reservation had the exact amount of people so To hear they had to be washed was kind of weird. Should have been done and ready in the room. Ceiling in bathroom above shower needs fixing. Water damage or mold idk. Kitchen counters dirty. Stove dirty. Crumbs everywhere. No Screens on windows on 3rd floor. Bathroom toilet seat was gross. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned. Sink faucet had some green stuff dangling in water. Not safe. Beds very comfy. Sheets clean. Price paid was fine. Quiet. Would stay again. Overall not terrible. But no free breakfast. Overpriced food/snack area. But very close to food places. Close to Salem. Which is why we stayed here.
