Hotel is mostly nice, however we could not get TV to work and when I called down, there answer was to try the remote. The TV kept buffering and no sound. I asked them to check it out and they never did.

Location is excellent. Rooms design is awful in my opinion. They brag of minimalist design. That means: no desk at all, only one chair, no premium TV channels, no place to put a suitcase except on the floor. Electrical design is ridiculous. Sink is tiny as if a you for kids. Designers should have look at design of cabins in modern cruise ships. Continental breakfast $20 per person. No place for a woman to do make up. Uber or Lyft frequently to not permitted to be in front of hotel to pick up guests. Sorry, that's our personal opinion. Others may like it.

First time staying with CitizenM and definitely needs some getting used to. overall, it's not bad. The bed is comfortable and clean. Ipad controls everything in the room. Only problem was that I requested cleaning on iPad but no one ever came. i had to talk to staff to request clean towels.

It's a nice hotel and very conveniently located, but I would not recommend it for families, sharing, the shower is in the center the room and is only surrounded by frosted glass . Unless of course, you get more than one room, I think it's perfect

I had never stayed at a citizenM before. I really liked it. I was a little surprised by the size of the room but I was traveling alone and the size ended up being perfect. I enjoyed the modern, European style to the room. Had a very Ikea-look (that was said in a positive way) and I enjoyed the modern touches such as the iPad controls. The staff was very accomadating and even though the check-in is more "self" check-in, the staff is right there to assist and help along the way. The location was ideal for me as well. I had never been to Boston and didn't exactly know what area to stay in. I thought North Station was great for me. Close to mass transit and I could walk easily to the North End, downtown and the waterfront. I had very few "cons" about the place. The mini fridge was definitely mini but based on the layout and size of the room, I get it. I would have liked a microwave in the room. It wasn't the end of the world since there is one in the breakfast/bar area. Definitely would stay there again, especially if traveling alone. With a partner, it would be good too but not ideal for families.
