A dingy small lobby & tiny room on a drab side street. The view out the window was a wall. The bed was okay. Staff were not particularly friendly, nor particularly rude. Just not a nice hotel. However, the Club Quarters in NYC by Grand Central is a very nice place to stay with esprit d’ corps and nice street views.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

The entire stay I had no access to a television. Persons came in the room and tried to fix it and nothing worked, I spent my entire stay with a broken television and had to pay close to $600 for my stay, I find that this is not acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Boston. The location was perfect for everything we were doing. the staff was truly helpful...we had a late flight out and we were welcome to leave our luggage all day and utilize their lounge all day as necessary. Room was petite but comfortable and appointed well. Honestly - the shower was epic! It really stood out lol. We did order room service which was provided by the Pub next door, Elephant & Castle. Food was tasty, arrived hot and was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this specific location on our next trip to Boston.

I was a little unsure on exactly how "contactless check in" would work in an urban hotel, but there were several front desk people when we arrived. Perhaps if we had arrived at 2am, the front desk would have been contactless. At the end of the day, it was easy, but there was little information about it ahead of check in. Also, they had discounted parking available a couple blocks away, which was a nice surprise. Thought we'd need to search for that ourselves, but the hotel had it covered. At the end of the day, we had a nice room in a great area for a reasonable price. Very happy with Club Quarters.

$550 a night for a room that felt like a youth hostel! Tiny 30 sq ft space, doors with huge gaps letting hallway light in, and a location that’s just “okay.” Paying five-star prices for what’s basically a shoebox is not worth it. Completely underwhelming.
