Terrific property, very very small rooms but everything is new and well laid out. Bed was super comfortable and the pillows were the best down-filled queen size. Location is excellent for all downtown sites, restaurants and attractions. Don't eat any of the food the put on the desk b/c you'll be charged an arm and a leg!

Exceptional Boston Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall Boston. From the lobby to my extremely comfortable room was impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally professional with a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. Talk about comfortable, I wanted to take that bed I slept in with the pillows included back home with me. I would suggest people who read this review to make reservations next time you are planning a trip to Boston. It's in a great location, close to many wonderful parts of the city but without all the honking and sirens one would find just a few blocks away.

This was our second stay here, and we will be back! The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. We also want to commend the housekeeping staff because our room was immaculate. We enjoyed the free coffee very much. The workout facility was also excellent, and the free water bottles (which you can refill) were also a plus. Can’t wait to return!!

Bad experience for our second breakfast at Elephant and Castle, the restaurant beside the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but could be more enjoyable for the hotel custumers. Everything went bad. I have already written my story and send my review to the hotel..

The location is perfect. You are close via walking or taking the subway. There is plenty to do and restaurants. The staff is amazing. The visit to Boston for my birthday wasa success.

Location was great. You can walk everywhere. The pub attached to the hotel was great. Awesome bartenders, cocktails, and we even caught a comedy show there one evening. Only downfall about the property was the sink would not drain.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was delicious (note it’s not a buffet so you can’t overeat, you get one entree and a drink). Good location, especially if you’re interested in historic Boston.
