The front desk staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. The room and hotel were clean, warm and well maintained. We got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which was really nice!

Room very clean and quiet. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We needed the battery changed in safe and a maintenance person was sent right away ( less than 5min) fixed in no time! Location to TD Garden excellent, pretty much across the street! Walking distance to many good restaurants coffe shops etc

Fantastic location, literally across the street from Celtics TD Garden, & less than 5 minute walk to the North End which is loaded with excellent restaurants. My only complaint: I asked a staff member about "free" breakfast, & was told that there is NO free breakfast. I didn't take it further.

Very nice hotel love the location. Right next to TD garden if you are going there for an event. Train station is right there. Coffee shop across the street. Only complaint was our room seemed loud like from outside so I had my sound machine on my phone. The hand soap bars that were in the room left a film on our hands too that I did not like but not a huge deal. Other than that, would deff recommend and stay there again.
