The hotel emphasizes the convenience of an airport shuttle. Despite calling the hotel twice it was a 50 minute wait at night in 45 degree weather before it arrived. The front desk staff was relatively unapologetic suggesting perhaps it was because I was at exit 106 (where I was told at initial call) instead of 107. I made clear that in the 50 minutes no shuttle passed as quite easy to see at both extist despite other hotels passing a number of times. Other than that room was adequate.
