The reception staff & supervisors were quite rude & unfriendly with not just me but with several other guests that I observed every day that we were there. The AC didn’t work right, exhaust was noisy & always on-couldn’t be shutoff. We notified them multiple times but was never fixed. As a result we didnt sleep well. Nande in housekeeping & his co worker were very helpful.

We had a very smooth stay, the hotel offered shuttles to popular places in Boston and when they were down they offered us a Lyft free of charge. We would stay here again!
