Although we were tired from delays at the airport we made it before midnight to check in a one night stay. I asked the receptionist for a later time to check out not minding additional fees but she cut me off stating they were fully booked and it couldn’t be possible. I went up to the Hilton App to check availability for an additional night and it was possible to do it so I couldn’t understand why she couldn’t honored us a later check out time even though I told her I was able to pay additional fee. Once at the room I went to take a shower and found the tiles with mold all over, very poor cleaning. For being a DoubleTree I have to say it is very outdated and poorly maintained. The staff weren’t dressed presentable neither welcoming at night when we arrived. Didn’t acknowledge that we were Hilton Honors Members and did not offered water or cookies. The next day we dropped our luggage for storage while we went for food and when we came back one of them (carry on and backpack) wasn’t identified with the tag the lady put on it and it turned out someone opened the backpack. Will not recommend this location and after visiting many Hilton brand hotels around the world and the US I have to say this one I cannot consider it a brand of Hilton.

Very comfortable, great sized rooms, perfect location for the airport but also for seeing Boston as it’s 300ft from the nearest T stop. Airport transfers every 30 min (for free, but you’ve got to call them to let them know they need to pick you up) The only two downsides were that I wasn’t aware of the transport so I ended up paying $47 in a taxi, but that’s my fault, not theirs.

The hotel does not provide daily cleaning services. Had to request fresh towels. According to the receptionist they conserve water!

Book it!

Great Location, price, comfort and front desk staff! The warm chocolate chip cookie at check in was a nice touch. Front desk offered a room upgrade at check-in for free. We were in town for a medical procedure at UMASS and so thankful to have this hotel stay. Would definitely stay again.
