The location is excellent for exploring much of Salem, with only a 10 minute walk or so to the heart of the town. The accommodations themselves were accurately portrayed, clean, and more than sufficient for our group. Communication from Cesar was generally timely, friendly, and effective.The only things that I would add as FYIs for others is that the location is in a historic / very old building, so some things, like the narrow, high, winding stairs or the older locks or lack thereof on interior doors and their fitment have been grandfathered in. We found the historic nature of the home charming, and the little oddities quaint, but could see certain folks with less than ideal mobility or etc. having some difficulties. Overall would highly recommend this stay!

First time to Salem

The apartment was clean, a little on the small size but it worked for us(4 adults). Most things were with in driving, did walk to a nice bar on Derby St. The host was great, answered our questions within a short time. Would recommend to anyone visiting Salem.

We had a wonderful time in Salem. The host was remarkable with instructions and advice. Very comfortable beds and clean. The location was perfect for walking to the areas we wanted to visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. Would recommend. The unit is upstairs if that is an issue for anyone.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, and good-sized dining room. It's quite close to the House of the Seven Gables, which I wanted to visit. It's a little outside the main business area, but a short walk to Mercy Tavern and the Wolf Next Door coffee shop, both of which I enjoyed.
