did not have a hot tub as advertised on expedia where we made the reservation. We were short on pillows and towels and completely out of body wash. We requested these items. after multiple calls to the front desk, 2 of 3 items were brought to our room 1.5hrs later.

Pool was unusable. You can see dust, dead skin, hair(batches) of hair like you would find in an unkept bathtub drain. Breakfast selection looks nothing like the photos. Omelette station is understaffed. Very long que given the short amount of time breakfast is served. Asked for bath towels and they gave us pool towels. I ordered Eagle Rare bourbon and the bartender said no one likes that. Not sure why we would say that, but it’s like ordering a dish and the waiter tells you no one likes that. Strange. Embassy Suite lost a regular guest after this visit.

I enjoyed a pretty hotel room that is modem and comfortable with a nice bed and fridge. It was very quiet! We really enjoyed the ability to have a suite. Your breakfast every day is outstanding. Simply remarkable.! The price was pretty good considering it’s a suburb of Boston!

Aging well in a rough time

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was super nice. The shower tends to suddenly change to very hot water from the warm water while bathing. The plumbing or the water heater probably may need some tweaking. You cannot make that an issue while the service was so excellent, it makes the atmosphere so vibrant that an old venue looks like new.

Property is very clean and well maintained. Free breakfast is excellent. Very convenient location to major highways. Not a big fan of having paid parking. Also, paying for wifi seems like something from 25 years ago (why not advertise that rooms have color TV’s)
