Not a bad place to stay. Staff was friendly, made to order omelets were good. Our room mostly fine, unfortunately there was an issue where the shower broke on one of the days. We were quickly given access to another room to shower and the issue was resolved in a few hours but it was sort of a pain having to get ready for work between two rooms.

The room layout was great. It was clean. Linens and towels were refreshed daily. Breakfast was good, especially liked the to order omelettes. Generally the rooms were good, but need updating. Dinner was decent with appropriate pricing. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean place but I went with my wife and kids. No water was coming to 8th floor. Once they sent an "engineer" we thought they'd resolve the issue. But we went without water for the night. Showered with cold water. I let they front desk know and requested refund but nothing came of it. I did not rebook for the next night.

It's been a while since I stayed at an Embassy Suites -- but my recollection was that the nightly "Manager's Reception" featured adult beverages and nice apps. Well, I was informed during our visit that only non-alcoholic beverages were complimentary; and the "apps" looked like they were taken from a kindergarten class snack time (goldfish crackers, caramel popcorn). A really nice amenity is gone!
