Very nice property. We stayed here three times. Beautiful rooms. Only issue is the expensive valet parking but that is written on the website. Great restaurants nearby. We ubered there because parking is difficult in that area.

Hotel was nice but staff rude. Breakfast advertised 6am-10am, but food was being taken up at 9:05. Workers refused to put more food out insisting breakfast was over at 9am. When management questioned, initially she stated breakfast ended at 9am, but when pushed further, admitted that they didn’t have enough food for breakfast that day.

Our room and bathroom were large. We had a waterfront view. The room was kept clean. There weren’t enough dresser drawers. We received a different number of towels and hand towels everyday. The in room amenities were not very good. The fridge was very small. The hotel is cashless (not a fan). The breakfast that was included ran out an hour before it was due to end. Hotel management said all food was frozen as a delivery was just made and they would arrange for some cereal to be put out - the hotel was completely booked months in advance, so this says poor management to me.
