We actually did not stay here in the end. We were told there was no parking for an extended stay but they had other lots that they associated with. Every one of them was full. We had to turn around and go drive 100 miles home to have someone take us early in the morning to Boston. I tried to cancel but they said I had to call Expedia which I did. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind and tried contacting them. I received an email from Expedia saying they would not refund my money and they did not. I will never stay at any of their properties again. Ruined the start of our vacation and I was out almost $300

Awful stay. Was not made welcome when we arrived, in fact we were turned away despite the late arrival straight from a flight. After talking to manager we manage to say but told we are not allowed to return. Staff were disgustingly rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t return even if I could. Property policies are not displayed clearly on Expedia so make sure you check before you arrive. Staff need to learn how to be welcoming and polite.

The 3 star is because no one came to clean out our garbage for the days that we were there and the “do not disturb” sign was never outside the door from our room. The three star for the property was due to the dryer not drying the clothes all the way. I had to pay for it twice. Over all it was fair.
