the front desk seemed new/inexperienced with hospitality. we booked the hotel for our anniversary trip and while don't expect 5 star treatment, other hotels have been more accomodating. I asked about breakfast options and if could provide a discount. they said couldn't, even though later I saw there was a promo for $4 off that was posted. just seemed like not familiar with questions i asked and not willing to look into it for me. Ive spent years in customer service and this was quite subpar, to say the least, at least the front desk working the night of 8/16.

Hard Times Here

Going to be honest here: - We got a decent sleep so if that is what you need it will be ok. BUT: - There is no bar tender to there is no bar - The alarm went off at 6am... that sucked - There is no airport shuttle - They want $30 to park... but no shuttle... really? - The soap pump would not work in the shower - There was a burn on the bathroom floor - The was only a half a roll of toliet paper - The shower handle required a signifianct amount of energy needed to turn on the shower water - AC unit was load and had a buzz to it I could go on but this is a 2 star hotel at best. Its falling on hard times.

Overall very clean hotel, the pond in the back along with a walking path makes a great spot to catch the sunrise. Only thing I wish they offered was shuttle to and from the airport.

The only thing I did not like was parking was 20-30 dollars a night not sure why guest have to pay for parking doesn’t make sense. They ran out of toothpaste with all the extra charges and decent nice hotel they ran out of toothpaste? Lastly breakfast was 17.99 per person not worth it hotel should come with free complimentary breakfast the hotel is expensive so they should atleast give breakfast for free.
