staff was amazing worked through a problem i had very quick and really saved me if i knew the guys name i would specifically speak to him but he was one of the front desk people and he was the best not only did he work with me and truly save me he also was very friendly the whole time from when we first walked in till when we were asking for food suggestions late at night very good staff from what i could see room and food wasn’t anything special but were nice and clean overall a good experience just for the one night stay

Our stay at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. My wife cut her left foot on the bed frame holder because the metal brackets are extremely sharp. The wound continued bleeding, and we had to visit a nearby urgent care center for medical treatment. We reported the incident to both the front desk and the manager, but no action was taken. There was no follow-up or any effort to check on her condition the following day. This reflects very poor management and lack of concern for guest safety. We are also reporting this issue to Expedia customer service to help prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests.

Great room, all-around. If you’re taking the shuttle van to Logan or the train station, schedule it the night prior and pay ($10) ahead of time. Be clear w/ the driver on where you want to be delivered to - he may act like he understands, but be prepared for confusion.,.

The room was clean and had enough towels and personal hygiene supplies. We had a good size TV, microwave and fridge. Free water for the room and a wonderful breakfast each morning. There was something in the buffet for everyone whether you were gluten-free, vegetarian or just a regular eater like me. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Parking was only $20 per night which is less than the Courtyard located directly behind the Holiday Inn. The only drawback we feel is the elevators are quite small so the luggage cart and one person fills up the elevator. This is just a minor complaint, not a deal breaker. We plan on visiting Boston a lot because of our brand new Grandson, so this Holiday Inn will be our go to hotel when we visit.
