The property is nice and clean, and the front staff was accommodating to my requests. It's about 20-30 minute drive from Salem, depending on traffic. In general, it was a decent experience and I would stay here again . There are several items they need to improve on ASAP: 1. Although staff is fairly responsive when called upon, thsy are usually in the back area of reception. I would suggest they either have a bell or they spend more time at the actual desk. 2. Breakfast ends a bit early (9 am) and cooked food is not replenished in a timely manner. I suggest a 10 am end time and enough staff to replenish food in a timely manner. 3. The rooms are advertised as having queen size beds, but the beds are actually full size. Please advertise in accordance to reality. 4. The sofa beds have very thin mattresses, making for a terrible night sleep. My friend was sunken into the mattress and her back was hurting. The sofa mattresses need to be replace ASAP with comfortable products. On a positive note, the pillows were very comfortable. 5. I sent the property an email to which they never replied. Please reoly to customer emails promtly.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I will probably not stayed again. They said they would clean every other day but did not. The breakfast preparation was slow. Two days I could not have egg as it took ages for it to be prepared. It also happened with the coffee. Room cleanliness was average, I was dissapointed.

I expected more considering this is a Hilton property. Immediately walking in the hall to our room the carpets are dirty. Black spots here and there. We get inside the room and the couch trim is frayed, the bathtub was black. All they had to do was get a magic eraser and scrub it down but apparently someone got lazy when cleaning the room. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom was all rusted. We saw a few gnats flying around inside the tub. When the guests in the room above us were using the shower you can hear it loud in the room. Breakfast is ok it’s your typical hotel breakfast at a place like this. Only ate oatmeal one morning and ate out the other days. I would never stay at this hotel again due to how dirty it is. Maintenance should be going in there and fixing holes and patching things up. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning.

We booked a king bed suite with sofa bed, we traveled with our son. They gave us a room with a king bed and a no sofa bed, when we complained they brought us a pack n’ play which was dirty and severely stained (we took pictures), very unsanitary to put our son to sleep there. We asked for money back since they charged us for a reservation they did not fulfilled as contracted, they said they couldn’t because we used expedia and not them directly to make the reservation. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Pool needs to be cleaner, looks very questionable. We reserved a room with two double beds and were only given a room with one bed…we didn’t want to complain so instead had our toddler sleep with us and our older kids share the couch bed. Certain aspects of the suite could be cleaner. Bed and pillow were cozy. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was 100% on point with maintaining it all. Also they need to post that each phone call made from their room phone is a $4.00 charge. Not posting it anywhere near the phone or informing anyone prior is bad business. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. It was good for what it was. No serious complaints.

The hotel itself was pretty dirty. Walls, carpet, bathtub, pool. The breakfast was good however the woman replenishing and bringing things out was extremely rude. Was getting upset when asked for certain items, was eating her own breakfast during the rush and giving dirty looks at everyone. The shower was stained and the bathtub filled up when showering. The pool was greenish looking and not warm.
