The property is nice and clean, and the front staff was accommodating to my requests. It's about 20-30 minute drive from Salem, depending on traffic. In general, it was a decent experience and I would stay here again

There are several items they need to improve on ASAP:
1. Although staff is fairly responsive when called upon, thsy are usually in the back area of reception. I would suggest they either have a bell or they spend more time at the actual desk.
2. Breakfast ends a bit early (9 am) and cooked food is not replenished in a timely manner. I suggest a 10 am end time and enough staff to replenish food in a timely manner.
3. The rooms are advertised as having queen size beds, but the beds are actually full size. Please advertise in accordance to reality.
4. The sofa beds have very thin mattresses, making for a terrible night sleep. My friend was sunken into the mattress and her back was hurting. The sofa mattresses need to be replace ASAP with comfortable products. On a positive note, the pillows were very comfortable.
