The side door from the parking lot that was supposed to have a security entrance was never locked, no matter the time anyone can come as they please. Pool was mediocre at best. Also the staff kept complaining about having to do their job, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was also not good, eggs watery and tasteless, not many other options

The staff were very friendly. Very clean lobby and hotel rooms. For some reason the tv channels were not coming in very good at first not sure if it came out of it as we picked one channel that wasn’t bugging out and kept it there. For a king bed there should be king size pillows. Breakfast and lobby coffee was not the best either. Other than that we would stay again.

Hotel was newer and very clean. The quietness from the lobby to the hallway was amazing. I stayed for 4 days/3nights and room service came 1 time which was fine by me. When they did come, they did a pristine job. Only drawbacks were the pillows are small and my tv showed very dark - as if it had 2 more days before its expiration. Would stay here again!!!
