Staff was great. Checkin was easy and quick. There was a problem with our room and it was dealt with immediately. We were switched to a different room which was great and staff was attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

There was noise from outside that prevented sleeping. When I requested room change, the people on duty at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional. Finally, the manager came out and resolved the matter professionally. The breakfast restaurant was good.

Great stay in Boston/Cambridge

Nia at the front desk was amazing! Friendly and informative at our check in. We were also able to check in early, which was wonderful. Max in the cafe area was very kind and helpful. The shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was also great. We had a great stay and would love to return.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and so was the shuttle service. I had one issue, housekeeping came earliest in the day but I slept in so they had no access. I left later in tue afterwards, removed the sign feom the door and saw the housekeeper outside my door, even said hello, but when I got back, the room was not cleaned. I called down for towels and staff was accomodative and got them to me right away but no one apologized about the housekeeping issue. Sometimes a simple sorry helps. Otherwise, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
