Only one person at the desk upon arrival and she was on the phone for 20 minutes. Didn’t even acknowledge our arrival. No assistance to get to our room husband handicapped had to take two elevators. Push a luggage cart up a hill not very convenient when arriving in the room bathroom was not clean hair in the shower No exhaust fan in the bathroom when my husband opened the door, the smoke alarm went off from the steam Balcony railing loose not attached at the front Blanket at the foot of the bed was soiled and had hair on it Disappointed

We stayed here for 3 nights on a trip to Boston to be out of the city and near the ocean. It's a nice enough hotel for a few nights, very comfy beds. The rooms are a bit tired and the room smelled a bit musty when we got there, but we aired it out with the window open for a while. It's good if you want somewhere out of the city but close enough to get in on the train which is what we did.

Great staff, great service. The hotel itself needs repair/updates. There were multiple areas where the ceiling was leaking. The pool is not heated as advertised. It wasn’t a bad stay but for the price and the marketing I expected the building and facilities to be in better condition. Do be sure to book a spa experience with Kellie. She was the absolute highlight of my trip.
