St. Mary's is sandwiched between Boston University and Frederick Law Olmsted’s well known Emerald Necklace, and is within a short walking distance to Longwood Medical,Simmons College, Boston University, and Emmanuel College. The shops and restaurants of St. Mary's have stayed at their locations for a long period of time, becoming favorites for the locals. There are several restaurants, including the Japonaise Bakery for teas and pastries, Taberna de Haro for Spanish tapas, and The Busy Bee for breakfast. The Busy Bee offers great food and has the feel of a classic 1950's style diner. There are also small restaurants available in St. Mary's including sandwich shops, sushi, cafes, and pubs, such as Beacon Tavern. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

If you are very noise sensitive please consider brownstone is found on Beacon Street and Train travels on this street. Room is on the first floor. Professional building, please be considerate of other tenants. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator that will take you to the property.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
