Newly re-opened in 2026, this thoughtfully renovated private guest suite occupies the entire lower level of our home and features its own entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette with dishwasher, dining area, and comfortable lounge space.

The suite sleeps up to 3 guests with a cozy queen bed in the private bedroom and a futon in the living area. We (Ryan, Emmi, and our mini poodle JonJon) live in the home above and use a separate entrance, so you'll have complete privacy and won't need to cross paths with us during your stay.

Designed with comfort in mind, the suite includes hotel-quality bedding, heating and air conditioning, a smart TV, Nespresso coffee maker, and thoughtful amenities such as a bidet and hair dryer. Whether you're visiting Boston for work, sightseeing, sporting events, or family visits, you'll enjoy a peaceful, private retreat with everything you need to feel at home.
