The building was in need of an update and room overhaul. The staff were attentive when the toilet wouldn't flush and the internet wouldn't work. Make sure your room isn't next to the highway or you'll be up all night with the noise. The breakfast was good and open until 10am. Public transport was a 1/2 hour walk. The shuttle wasn't available when we got off our flight at 12pm so we had to hire an Uber to the hotel which was $30. Overall, you get what you pay for. The staff really made up for the inconveniences.

Was a good price and a comfortable night sleep after a late flight into Boston overnight. Away from the $500 a night properties near the airport it was convenient and well priced. The rooms were a bit outdated, and our carpet was wet- couldn’t figure out why that was. The receptionist was Sunny and cheerful even though it was 3am, the service was a bit lacking the next morning.

The staff was very helpful and tried to help us as we unexpectedly had to rearrange our flights. The staff was helpful in providing a phone, pen and paper and other helpful bits of information/advice. The manager provided us with some fruit and yoghurt as we had an early morning flight and would be missing the breakfast. The staff was living up to their "my pleasure" buttons.

Had a great stay, room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was semi smooth, there was a customer who was having an issue that delayed check in! The only issue that i had was using the shower the knob was a little tough to use. Maintenance came down to fixed, showed me how to work and there were no other issues.

Noisy!

When I called prior to arrival to see if there was a shuttle available I was told no, but one arrived 5 minutes after we did at the hotel. This, after we spent $40 on travel to the hotel from the airport. The halls were extremely noisy after 10pm both nights. People seemed to treat the hallways as their own telephone area.

Terrible hotel. Front desk staff was nice, but the place is awful. No hot water, TV didn’t work and picked up a signal like an 80s set with an antenna. Cleaning in the “hallways” at 7:00 am. Insanely crowded breakfast buffet which was gross. Bad coffee, dirty, dirty, dirty. This place is not worth $10

The staff was great but the conditions of the room were absolutely disgusting and will never be going back to this hotel. The wall was caving in and lifting. The toilet kept running. The curtain from the shower wasn’t hung up correctly. Overall gross rooms.
