A generous sized room with space to work and relax, easy walking to everywhere which we did both night and day and felt very safe. The only thing I felt was lacking was a small kettle but we boiled water in a pan for tea instead. Breakfast was included and more than sufficient with particularly lovely staff. Thanks for a great stay in Boston.

Reception area was extremely welcoming and as we arrived early they provided storage for our baggage as we awaitedv our room. Valet parking was exceptional - prompt, courteous and I would certainily recommend this to anyone staying at the hotel. Hassle and worry free. Breakfast was in full supply, good variety, good food and a well maintained clean area.

And I knew ahead of time, so it was fine, but be prepared it will cost for parking. Whether you valet , in their lot, if they have space. That’s $55. Otherwise you have to find your own spot or lot. We paid $84 for 24 hours

There was McDonald’s trash and food under the sofa couch, we did not have any McDonald’s or food here. So the room must not have been cleaned well. The dishes had purple juice like substance on the plates. Our bed sheet had a reddish brown small circle stain on it. The bathtub floor had a red smudge on it, not sure if it was blood or not. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. Our reservation said it came with parking, the hotel said their valet was full and not promised so we had to pay for extra parking even though it said it came with. The elevator was broken, so we had to walk through the employee office to reach the stairs, incredibly hard to bring our stuff to the room.

Was there for the 4 Nations Face Off and it was a short 10 minute walk to arena. Rooms were very spacious. There breakfast buffet was very good as was there coffee. The Blackmore restaurant was across the street that had excellent food and drinks. Will stay again.

The view is memorable. The room set up is convenient for families. What was lacking was the night staff. I asked two gentleman questions and their answered were “I don’t know”. Took me about 30 minutes to find ice. My husband had to go wake up the staff member whom was asleep on the couch himself because when I tried to ask him for ice he wouldn’t wake up. It’s on the 3rd floor f.y.i. Along with the fact that it’s cold and I had to walk a small distance to the hotel because of their lack of parking. I parked in the adjacent closer Marina parking to the right (told I couldn’t stay or I would be towed) and I was able to load my stuff into the hotel. I had to go park at a side lot to the left (the another immediate left- I had to figure that out by myself after a long u turn near a property/school). I had to pick up my husband at the airport (rental issues) and you can’t leave without paying. So, I had to REPAY to park my car in the parking when we returned minutes later. Just inconvenient. The breakfast was good, small food area and a lot of people. Nice harbor walk across the street, great views.

Great Feb vacation getaway!

The hotel was in a great location for the things we wanted to see/do (it’s very close walking distance to the U.S.S. Constitution). The hotel was clean, updated, the staff were all very friendly, especially Lisa who checked us in. The included breakfast was great, they had valet parking (which was convenient- $55 a day). The swimming pool was an added benefit that my son took advantage of. The hotel has an ATM on property. The property has 2 elevators, during our visit one of them was out of service, which wasn’t a problem since the hotel was not fully booked (in February) but I could see this causing long elevator wait times if it’s not able to be fixed before the Spring/Summer vacationers. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Boston again.

While the hotel staff are wonderful and always courteous, there were little issues with the room. Shelves were hanging off the wall, there was not blanket ready for the pull out sofa, the toilet was loose. This was our third stay and would certainly stay again!

HIgh hopes!

I had such high hopes for this property since it had ok reviews and was not inexpensive. We got to our room and it became instantly clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned. We are talking hair and spit in the sink and urine around the base of the toilet among other stains on the floor. It was gross. I called housekeeping and they sent someone up who proceeded to use the same rag in the sink, the toilet and the floor. It was disgusting. The toilet didn't work and wouldn't stop flushing. Another call to the front desk who sent up the "engineer" who told us after spending 20 seconds that it was now fixed. It wasn't and the toilet ran all night. We checked out a night early because we couldn't stomach another night there and rather faced the drive home in a rain storm.
