Shuttle bus driver was helpful, she offered to drop me off to a restaurant near the hotel. Later I ordered food by delivery. Room was clean, bathroom has usual amenities.

Airport shuttle was not available after 10 PM when we arrived, so we had to catch an Uber. Also when we left, despite the fact that we reserved the shuttle for the morning, the shuttle driver didn't show up that morning, so the hotel receptionist called a taxi for us and said they would reimburse the taxi cost of $21. But they never did! After arriving home, we called the hotel back to try to claim that $21 credit, nobody even picked up the phone, so we gave up. The hotel was also next to a very busy highway, which means if you have a room on the front, you can't sleep due to constant road noise! We couldn't sleep for 4 nights with road noise. When we finally got a room at the back the road noise was no longer a problem, but the bed was broken. Also the hotel has no escalator, which means you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs yourself. Coffee/tea is only available in the lobby for a few hours in the morning (when we were out), so it's not really useful. All in all, we had a really bad time at this hotel, which spoiled our Boston vacation. We will never come back here.

Not sure sheets were clean. Tiny bathroom that was in desperate need of upgrading. VERY NOISY. Our room faced a very busy highway about 30 feet away. Had to keep AC fan on all night to mask the noise. This place is old and it looked like it. No elevator.

The staff is great and the hotel is very close to bus lines. The room was very loud and it didn’t get very dark because of outside lighting. The hotel works fine if you don’t plan on staying in the room very long.

Hotel is Ok but is right on freeway … very noisy. Cost is pretty good for “PRICEY Boston. What is very good is an easy 20 minutes walk to Wonderland LRT station adjacent to the wonderful Revere Beach. This means very, very convenient access to to the Beach, Airport, Harborside and DT Boston. If your hoofing it and want to avoid the $600-$800 inner hotels this can make the Rodeway a very good choice..

Rude and disinterested young girl in reception checked us in. We requested airport shuttle for 4pm the following day - she recorded it as 4am so we got a knock on our door at 3:50am asking if we were ready - not impressed. Apart from her, the other staff we encountered the following day were more friendly and helpful. Room was OK - nothing special. Comfortable beds, but generally felt a bit dated. Really appreciated the free airport shuttle bus which we used for pick-up and drop-off.

No shuttle to ship. No shuttle between 12 and 2. Had to haul luggage up 3 flights with no help. Desk girl kept giving wrong information. Not near airport as we were told. Was told this was a dangerous part of town

The most uncomfortable king size bed I ever slept in. You can hear noises from the room next door and no control over the volume on the tv. I could hear the next room over had the same issue - too loud!!

Staff was short and not pleasant. I was charged via Expedia and the again by the hotel. The hotel stated they didn’t receive the Expedia charge and I had no other option, so I trusted that to be true. I now have 2 different charges for a hotel experience that was one of the worst I’ve had. There’s no elevator, and the listing says there is an airport shuttle but that’s not actually true. The shuttle is only operating during certain hours so I had to grab an uber to the hotel at 0100 when my plane landed. I then had to go to the airport nearly 2 hours early the next day because they stopped shuttle service for a few hours during the day as well. Beyond frustrating and deceptive.
