Giving 2 star for Sheraton boston hotel because you can hear every single thing who stays next to your door. View from hotel is outstanding. An Elevator stops every single floor and it took 50 mins to get out of an elevator that's disgusting. I will never visit again. We need privacy for our talks.

Normally a fairly reasonable stay Although maybe customers can be warned of a convention the size of the Animae Convention, made for a extremely uncomfortable stay having to wait for elevators for 10-15 minutes because stairway s are only for emergencies

The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because of the pool, but unfortunately it was under maintenance during my visit. When I asked the front desk for a discount or some kind of compensation, the staff simply said "no" and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a better hotel with better service. I won’t be staying here again.

Came with my 3 kids for a Red Sox game and to swim in the indoor pool. Turns out pool was closed for the weekend. I believe it was due to some festival thing happening in Boston. It would have been nice to be told when booking. Disappointed. Find another hotel if you want an indoor pool.
