Called the property multiple times for pick up at the airport, waited almost an hour. Took uber to the hotel at the end. Got to the hotel and received just an apology. Got to the room not enough towels and the coffee machine was broken.

Great location, but even though the reservation showed two adults and a kid, they insisted on us paying extra for the rollaway bed

Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful! The hotel was clean, modern, and the rooms were spacious! Our room had a view of the ocean, which was within walking distance! Hotel parking was a bonus! Great place to stay!

Great location which is right at the beach and the subway station, the building and room looks clean and spacious, pretty good free breakfast. Parking fee is $15/day. Only one elevator is working so sometimes it has a long waiting time. The sofa bed in the room was broken and they cannot fix.

very close to Wonderland train stop

This is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. It is part of an apartment complex, but that didn't bother me. Super convenient to the metro. NO gluten free items at breakfast.

we stay here for 2 nights for my birthday and omg it was kinda awful. we could not park anywhere because there was a wedding and they gave all the guest the parking so we went around the block like 3 times trying to find parking and we got so tired so we parked at the front so we could checkin and get some of us in the room. when we were inside a man came up to my sisters in the back seat of the car and stared yelling at them to move the car even though the person driving was inside and checking in. and turns out the man was from the airport shuttle bus. then after trying to park for like 40 minutes we got inside and told the staff we had to park somewhere behind the hotel and they waved to parking fee so that was nice of them and some of the staff were pretty nice. the pool was COLD but it was pretty clean, but as we were swimming a kid got in the pool and started SPITTING on me and my sister, when we got out we and told someone at the front desk and all they said is 'yeah were probably going to get some complaints about that' like what??? but other than that the shower was nice water presure kinda sucked though. the beds were awesome, the veiw was of other peoples room so the wasnt great but that one was kinda on us. the resturant 'fine line' was AMAZING. other than all that I had a pretty nice time but I probably wont come back.

Our family went and stayed one night for the Sand Sculpture Festival. Very convenient to access to the beach and see the sculptures and great to be able to have diner in the hotel after the firework celebration.

I loves the fact that yhe property was directly acroas from the beach. I love knowing that only guests can get up to the floors and the floors were quiet. I did not like my view.
