Spacious room, clean, beautiful location across from the beach, convenient to Boston via the T station right out the back door, excellent food and breakfast on-site as well as a Starbucks in the lobby, safe parking and most of the staff were amazing! There were a few light bulbs out in the room but other than that, we will stay there again!

The only good thing about this place was its vicinity to the subway and the beach. The restaurant was amazing too. Our stay at the hotel was awful!! The first night we checked in they told us there was a glitch in the system and they didn’t have the room we booked available but would have it the next night. Fine things happen, but the next morning no communication had been given to the next crew but they said the would take care of it and checked us out and said the right room would be available when we got back from town. We got back and went to get re checked in and that crew had no clue what we were talking about and we were never checked out of our old room. After a half hour they finally got us a room. Go up to our room which had a great view of the ocean but right above the restaurant so it was super noisy! The ppl next to us were blaring music till late in the night and for three mornings in a row we got woken up at 4am by the person upstairs doing I have no idea what but sounded like a chair being scraped crossed a tile floor for 40min to an hour. We were here for our anniversary and I had high hopes after the reviews but was very let down.
