The room was ok. Very noisy! Had a nice porch for sitting but because our room was the first one we heard everyone and smelled the cigarette and pot smoke. The room could use some updating and a really good cleaning. Also should be noted it was an extra $25 per day to park our car. Didn’t see this posted anywhere! The staff was very nice. Also the ice machine could use a good cleaning….it smelled.

Breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. My kids particularly enjoyed the whipped cream and cookies. I wish there were good black tea (Liptons is gross, glad i had a left-over tea bag with me). The mattresses weren't the best, but room was large and we enjoyed the microwave and fridge. The slide door latch lock was hanging loose and barely attached to the wall.

Arrived late in the evening, was able to book via Expedia at a better rate than the location offered. Room was clean, desk staff was friendly, breakfast was very convenient. Plenty of off street parking. Great location for our travels. Be careful of the often interchanged The Hotel Boston and The Boston Hotel when doing research.

The heat provided for my room is from a freestanding space heater, not from an HVAC system. If it was really cold I don’t think it would be warm enough. The AC is freestanding also with a big flexible duct going through the window to outside. Furniture is very old and worn. Curtains are faded. Property should be renovated. I was shocked at how bad this is for the cost. The front desk guy was very nice though.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was good. The hotel seem to be older in the need of some upkeep or upgrades. The toilet had been running and my brother fixed it. The tub didn’t drain and my brother fixed it. Did not get hotel staff involved as we took care of our issues. Period however the rates were really good for a one night stay and all we really needed was a place to sleep.

Clean room with new flooring and furniture. Simple but adequate. Bedroom needs additional lighting, two bedside lamps only were provided and a desk lamp. Be aware that rooms have exterior entry doors so noise from parking lot might be a factor. Staff was very nice. Breakfast had both hot and cold options.

The hotel did not meet the description on the booking site. The room felt dirty, the furniture was old and looked like it was from a thrift shop. Our coffee maker did not work. We reported it to the front desk and no one came to even look at it. Our remote did not work and when we asked for batteries, we were told”oh it’s not going to work. You can control the tv by using buttons on the tv. We were told they have reported the issues but the managers do nothing to fix the issues” Breakfast was not good. It smelt like wet dog in the dinning room. The tv was playing loud music… very annoying with all the talking from other guest. Waffle batter dispenser was broken also. Our room also had a Oder to it. While walking to our room we saw 2 very large rats! The bath tub had a gritty dirty feeling. Over all it was gross and the area it’s located in is not the best. We were very disappointed. Especially since other reviews stated it was nice and clean. Honestly all that comes to mind is the hotels in moves where prostitution happens. Also, we stayed 2 nights and we were charged for 3 days of parking. On the 3rd day you have to leave before noon. I didn’t understand that. Also, with one of the employees letting us know that the issues are on going and the owners don’t bother to fix them.

I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay since we had to come up from another state for a doctor’s appointment at the hospital. I figured 1 night wouldn’t be a big deal and I did not want to spend too much so I booked with this hotel. Horrible stay, thankfully it was only for 1 night. My room felt old and outdated. Floors had not been cleaned or mopped. There were stains and sticky stuff all over the floor and bathroom wall. Room was hot. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom was dirty, shower looked like it had not been cleaned, also outdated and run down. I did not even use the shower…. there was hair on floor and barely any toilet paper. There was tissue stuffed in between the door knob when I first entered the room, I dont know why and I didn't want to touch it but found that weird. Clearly the house keepers did not seem to want to do their job with this room. One of the bed’s sheets were ripped and we even questioned if they were even changed. Also, I don’t know if this is a Boston thing since I came from out of state and not sure if it’s normal out there but there were rats all over the premises. This place was simply not it and very disappointing. One positive thing I can say is the person at check in was very friendly and kind.
