The room was literally facing a brick wall! Very depressing. Room was The room was so dark that the lights had to be on to even walk around in. I woke up at 9:00 am and thought it was still night time because of the wall. Never had any contact with staff, but room was clean. Disappointing and would recommend that staff tell its clients that this is what they will be paying for in advance.

When I got to my room it smelled like cigarettes and I had to open up the windows to air it out. I came back a few hours later to go to bed and the sheets on the bed had stains on them.

the hotel room was dated, our TV was broken. we called for maintenance to fix and although they tried, the cable didnt work. The shower had blackmold/mildue. there were only 2 towels (very rough!), half a roll of toilet paper and no kleenex in the holder. Our room overlooked an alley with dumpsters and trash pick ups in the early morning hours. We’ve always loved this hotel. very disapponted in expense and poor conditions.

The breakfast was terrible. The waitress was slow, the food was cold (all of it). The gratuity was included. There was a $5.25 TRAY charge!? What the heck is that? The pillows were small and not very soft. We had a view of the brick wall next door. The site said parking available, which is up the street or $68 for valet. Crazy!!

Very old, balcony door was broken always open, furniture from the 1900s in the bedroom old no coffee in the bedroom only tea, tv also so old, towel are old and hanger broken behind the door, terrible experience
