Staff was great. It's better than sleeping outside and marginally better than sleeping in your car. Bring your own wash cloth! With all that, I'd stay there again.

Bed, pillows & linens were comfortable! No towels in the room. Never asked about options, so be prepared or ask ahead. Staff was helpful and parking was excellent! The price was right, and the area great for dining, walking, though don’t expect the Ritz. If the property were more posh, the price would be too! There are very delicious options, Asia, Ethnic, Breakfast restaurants. Enjoy!

Everything is so old, dirty and smelly!!! The picture of the room I picked on the Expedia website is not how it looks in reality. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and make a lot of noise. The TV is not working and is there for just decoration.

It was convenient to restaurant selections. My room included a bathroom so that was a surprise. It didn't have a glass or a cup, yet it had a microwave and a refrigerator. There was no washcloth. I felt the sprngs in the mattress while I slept. The hallway rugs appeared worn and dirty.

You get what you pay for. Acceptable stay, very small room, dimly lit, noisy a/c and shared bathroom. Fine for a place to just sleep overnight. Only limited street parking for free.

Do Not Stay Here!!! Terrible!!!

This stay was absolutely horrible. I would not suggest that anyone stay here ever. They stuck me and my two friends in an attic room that was not listed anywhere on their website. The room was extremely small, there were wires hanging from the ceiling, and the AC barely worked. We also only had access to a co-Ed communal bathroom that was old and dirty. I'm honestly not sure how this place stays in business. We left within 20 minutes of getting there because we did not feel safe or comfortable staying. I will be emailing the Inn and hope to at least get some sort of refund.

Not as expected based on pictures and description

The pictures are a bit outdated. The condition of the property is in need of repair. The rooms were the lowest base level of clean. The shared bathroom was not a problem and always accessible, but didn't appear clean. There was mold and so much discoloring in the shower/tub and sink. But the bed in the room we had was terrible! One was perfect and comfortable. The second bed was caved in to the middle and the springs creaked with every movement. Slept still like a corpse to keep from waking the room or rolling into my husband. For the price (and interest in their own business), I would expect a basic upkeep to the property. Parking lot in back was a plus because parking all around Boston area is difficult. Staff were Great!

Location is all its got. This was a horrible place, and it's obvious from the second you show up. The people who were in front of me in line got a special day rate and were only there for 2 hours. The poor guy checking people in was overworked and it took 35 mins from me entering the office to get to my room. The mattress was in utter disarray and might as well have brought camping gear. The sheet was not even elastic and came off exposing others germs etc. The lock on the door was enough to keep a mid-size man to about 2 kicks to get the door open. I will never go there again. Good luck if you make it out the next mroning

I was just extremely disappointed as there was no mention of the bathroom for the room being communal with about 6 other rooms and the picture not showing the actual building the room was in. all the pictures are from the lobby/main building and we stayed in a relatively dirty, small room with nothing but 2 beds and then a communal bathroom with a dirty laundry machine.

My partner & I booked this place as a last minute stay. The staff was very friendly but didn’t explain things very well. The parking situation was rough & on top of that, you have to pay for parking. This place is not at all like it is advertised. We checked in & were then brought out on to the street; they have several properties throughout the neighborhood. Our place was hot, dirty, & felt unsafe. Everything was dirty & seemed unsanitary. We had to share a bathroom which was incredibly outdated & dirty. There was mold all over the shower & no clean towels. My partner hit his head getting into the shower because it was so low. The lock on the door was flimsy. We checked out at 10 p.m. due to feeling incredibly unsafe & uncomfortable. I absolutely would not recommend staying here, even for the price.

i stayed at the big worn down wooden property with the fake flowers on the balconies, the buildings was in terrible condition. the tiles in the shared kitchen were cracked and some were missing, you can tell the stairs haven't been cleaned in years, the walls were sticky, the shower doors in both upstairs and downstairs were broken, kitchen was left disguising by the people

Good easy location from I-90 & cheap price. Easy access to City and Fenway Park. Walk or T. Rooms very basic and place is old and run down. Good for 1 night stay or weekend sleep base. We were out all day for both days snd just slept in room. 2 star at best
